Zumba Gold is a fun and exciting program! It is designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, or people who may be limited physically. Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity, not as fast, but certainly just as fun. The same great Latin styles of music and dance are used. $8.00 per class—paid to the Instructor
