This Tai Chi class builds on foundational skills and focuses on technique refinement. Students will explore Tai Chi routines, further developing their flow, coordination, and stability. Preferably, the student will have taken the Fundamentals (Level 1) class or had previous Tai Chi experience (although these are not strictly necessary). The class provides an opportunity to deepen one’s practice, cultivate greater body awareness, and strengthen the mind-body connection.
$20 Members / $40 Non-Members per 8 week session
