This is a 10 week group exercise program designed to improve your balance and strengthen lower body extremities in those who are at risk of falling or are afraid of falling.
The STILL STANDING! Program includes:
Making your legs stronger and your bones healthy.
A group exercise program given twice a week.
Advice on how to avoid falls in your home and outside.
Instruction from certified trainers.
A series of easy exercises to do at home.

Dec 01/2023 – I would like to enroll in the next ‘Still Standing’ program in the YMCA location – which I am told begins in early Jan 2024.
