This maintenance program is for participants who have completed the initial 12 week Stand Up! program and want to continue to improve their balance, leg strength and to help maintain bone density in sites that are most vulnerable to fracture (wrists, hips, and backbone).
The program consists of exercises in strengthening, stretching, and balancing with the use of equipment such as balls, bands and music.
