This hour long FITNESS DANCE is designed to provide older adults with physical exercises in one of the most enjoyable ways of getting up, moving around and keeping fit! Low impact exercises include warming up, cardiovascular, strength and conditioning, balance and coordination.
You will benefit from exercising and the movement for the full body experience. Fitness Dance has numerous benefits such as improving mental health, improve strength, flexibility and agility.
This will ease chronic pain, strengthen your heart while enjoying and moving to various dance beats (Afro-beats, Latin music, pop and more!)
