If you have ever wanted to try doing Yoga and have challenges (or not), physical or other, then this class is for you! This class is offered to those who have physical challenges, chronic pain, and other conditions or to those who wish to expand and deepen their yoga practice. Breathwork, visualization and meditation will be taught and in the latter portion of the program, the use of small hand weights will be introduced. Learning Yoga in one’s senior years can add longevity, vitality, endurance, flexibility, strength and balance to your life. Imagine all this as well as an increased sense of well-being!

Hi Julie,
There is still room in the Chair Yoga class on Thursday mornings. There are only 4 weeks left in the class but we could prorate you for the classes you will be able to attend. The instructor, Marilyn, will sometimes also offer bonus classes at the end as well. We would expect you to pay the dues prior to attending the first class.
