Tai Chi: Yang Style Taiji for Seniors (Level 1)

This class is designed for seniors with little to no Tai Chi background. Classes will start with standard Qigong exercises, then will cover basic Tai Chi fundamentals, principles and moves. Finally, we will introduce the short Bafa Wubu routine that is currently being taught as the beginning form across China. This class will put the student in a good position to successfully transition into the Level 2 classes at Parkside.
