Hi Helen,
We have a number of different programs that you could benefit from. The Tai Chi class could be a good program for you. Our instructors actually lead a free program for all levels at the Katherine Bell Gazebo on Wednesday mornings from 8:00 – 9:30 am and on Thursday evenings at 5:30 – 7:00 pm. If you try it and like it, we have four programs that will run in the fall that you could register for. If you feel that Tai Chi is too much for you we do have several other options that we can discuss.
I hope that this helps, but if you have any other questions please feel free to contact me at john.richer@greatersudbury.ca or 705-673-6227.
Have a great day,
John
