Gentle Hatha Yoga
Gentle Hatha Yoga classes will consist of breath work, guided imagery, basic asanas (poses), relaxation and meditation. The asanas help build flexibility, endurance, balance and strength. Yoga is therapeutic for anxiety, stress and depression and greatly improves general health and well-being. Classes are an hour long in order to provide time for relaxation.
