DESCRIPTION:Join Kinnect to Wellness for a low-impact exercise program designed to benefit those diagnosed with Parkinson’s. The program focuses on improving posture\, range of motion\, muscle strength and endurance as well as flexibility\, relaxation\, balance and coordination.\n\nThis progressive program will greatly enhance one’s quality of life while preventing the negative side effects of inactivity to help with the symptoms of this neurological disease. Participants must be able to ambulate on their own without supervision.

Supplies can be bought from Staples\, Walmart\, Michaels or online. **Graphite drawing pencils HB & 3B or a variety of different types of pencils (Staedtle is a good make) but if you have something else that will be fine. **Drawing paper pad.
