This hour long exercise program is for active seniors and consists of a warm up, cardiovascular work, balance training, strengthening, stretching and cool down. Good athletic shoes and loose clothing are recommended. Please do not wear any strong scents.
This fitness class is intended for those people who have completed the Get Fit for Active Living Program or for those who are currently participating in some form of exercise.
