In this class, instructor Jan Fregonese will teach you the basic fundamentals of a variety of Ballroom Dances, without the concern about leading or following your partner. She will lead you through a collection of choreographed ballroom steps performed in a line formation.

Gentle Hatha Yoga classes will consist of breath work, guided imagery, basic asanas (poses), relaxation and meditation. The asanas help build flexibility, endurance, balance and strength.
